Opening Your Creative Eye
I took this picture because I'd never seen ivy that turned red in the fall, and it's such a rich red, like Japanese maple. I also like the lushness of it against the square flat tiles of the wall.

Andrea can you contact me about your cathederal windows quilt and your grandmothers flower garden. I am also an English paper piecing nut. babuickl@telus.net
At 53, I'm supposed to be a grownup, y'know...but I don't wanna! I wanna go play in the sunshine, I wanna write and sing and make art and not worry about bills and rent. I wouldn't mind working if I didn't have to do it all the time, but that isn't how it goes, is it? I'm the breadwinner; my disabled honey (whom I love a lot, btw, and I don't know how I'd live w/o her) and the cats are all counting on me to provide, and I haven't hit the Lottery yet (not for lack of trying), so off I go....
